The Food Network always has delicious recipes!  This one will steal your heart:

Ingredients:

-3 ounces of bittersweet chocolate, chopped

-2 tablespoons of heavy cream

-1 tablespoon of brewed expresso

-1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

-Pinch of salt

-1 banana, peeled and cut into 8 pieces

-8 1-inch chunks of fresh pineapple

-4 strawberries

Directions:

Place chocolate, cream, expresso, vanilla, and salt in a medium, microwave-safe bowl; microwave on medium- stirring every 20 seconds until melted.  (1-2 minutes)

Pour the chocolate mixture into a serving bowl- serve with fruit.

Hello 2009 and hello new and exciting things!

The MOZO Team has been hard at work and can't wait for 2009!  We have the new Professional Line coming out January 25th and can't wait to see them on your feet!  They are sleek and lightweight.  The Professional Line is prefect for servers and management who need to be light and quick on their feet.
